Thyself - Thyroid Health ("Thyself") collects your email address, symptom logs, lab values, and medication information solely to provide the app's features. All data is stored securely in Supabase on AWS infrastructure. Your health data is never sold to third parties, never shared with advertisers, and is only accessible by you.

Symptom logs including energy, mood, and symptom selections
Lab values and test dates
Medication names, doses, and daily taken status
Appointment prep briefs you generateHow We Use Your DataYour data is used exclusively to provide app features. It is never sold, shared with advertisers, or used for any purpose other than operating the app.
Data StorageAll data is stored in Supabase, hosted on AWS infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit.
Your RightsYou may delete your account and all associated health data at any time from within the app under Settings → Delete My Account. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
